International media that reveal the secret documents of a country and company through their website, Wikileaks, recently launched a encrypted social network for people who have same vision called Friends of Wikileaks (FoWL).

Friends of WikiLeaks (FoWL) is an independent network made up of people from across the globe who defend WikiLeaks and promote its mission and values. We are a global collection of people with shared beliefs and intentions linked together as a strong and resilient network.

That’s a word that is on the about page of the site. FoWL also stated their is an independent and separate from Wikileaks main site.

FoWL is not a subsidiary of WikiLeaks, nor is it subordinate to WikiLeaks. FoWL is a separate network that has the express purpose of supporting, promoting, publicizing and encouraging any individual or collective which shares WikiLeaks’ common values and goals.

Than you seek your own friends, in this case such as Facebook and Google Plus, Friends of WikiLeaks will pair the user with 12 friends who were selected based on two categories, the first six common on geographical location, and the next six is on world that speak the same language. If a group rated a user as inactive, then the group can throw those friends and make new friends who replaced that friend.
